Punch Petit corona (Coronation):
This brand is one of the oldest in the world of cigars, founded in the mid-18th century by a man named:
Don Manuel Lopez
one of the directors of the company:
Valle & Co
with the main goal of targeting the British cigarette market and supplying it in Europe at that time.
In 1931, this brand merged with another brand named:
Hoyo De Monterrey
and both began producing cigarettes in the same factory, which is known as:
La Corona
.
This brand is known for producing quality cigars with a medium flavor and appeal made from tobacco leaves from the
Vuelta Abajo region
in various formats and sizes, all hand-rolled.
It is a cigarette with a quality outer layer of the type:
Colorado Shade
which, when turned off, has an aroma profile consisting of cedar wood and floral aromas, with the right structure and density for a quality smoke.
It is a cigarette with a medium flavor and appeal with a suitable air passage path. At first, you will encounter a flavor profile consisting of earthy, earthy and woody flavors, which may create in your mind the experience of a fresh and young cigarette that needs to be aged more, but as time passes and the smoke continues, in the second part, you will gradually encounter a more complex flavor profile, such as peppery flavors, almonds and traces of citrus flavors. In the final part of the smoke, chocolate and spice flavors emerge, and of course, the sharpness and appeal of the cigarette also increases.
